Muay Thai Section
Kru Krysta will guide participants through the core elements that make Muay Thai so formidable: striking fundamentals, the clinch, and the devastating close-range weapons that define the art.
Elbows and knees from the clinch generate tremendous power in minimal space, and understanding how to use them effectively is a game-changer at any level.

Each course is two hours long and will be held on the following days:
- Saturday, June 27th, 2026 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
- Sunday, June 28th, 2026 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Krysta Scharlach has been studying multiple disciplines in the martial arts for 17 years.
Coach Krysta has achieved the following certifications:
- Full Instructor under Bryan Mossey (Mossey Academy of Martial Arts)
- Full Instructor under Ajarn Chai Sirisute (World Thai Boxing Association)
- Associate Instructor under Guro Dan Inosanto (Inosanto Academy of Martial Arts)

- Blue belt under Professor Pedro Sauer.
