Join us for an in-person Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) training session designed specifically for law enforcement personnel at One Spirit Martial Arts in Herndon, VA.

This hands-on class focuses on real-world Gracie Jiu-Jitsu techniques for police and law enforcement officers, including positional control, suspect management, and safe restraint tactics that translate directly to duty use.

Whether you’re new to Jiu-Jitsu or already training, this session emphasizes practical, pressure-tested solutions over sport-specific movements.

Train alongside fellow officers in a relaxed, professional environment while sharpening skills that support officer safety, control under stress, and smarter use of force.
